Replacement Disabled Person Parking Placard

Beginning in 2023, placard holders who have had a placard for six or more years are required to provide a signature certifying their eligibility for a new placard.

DMV will mail you a renewal notice if you need to renew, which can be completed online.

Appointments: 
Placard applications are now available online. If you must come to a DMV office for your placard, no appointment is necessary. Special accommodation is offered to persons with disabilities. Those applying for a placard should follow the ADA/appointment signage so you can be served promptly after being directed to the appointment line, which also serves as the disabled access line.
